Help and Frequently Asked Questions:

Our main facilities are located in La Nucía, Alicante (Spain).

For reservations cancelled up to 60 days prior to the start of the contracted program, the Client will receive a refund of 75% of the price paid for the reservation or full prepayment.

In case of cancellation between 31 and 59 days before the start of the program and stay, the Client will receive a voucher equivalent to 50% of the price paid, valid for ONE YEAR and redeemable for future stays and programs of the Academy.

Any cancellation less than 30 days before the start date of the stay and/or program will not be entitled to a partial or total refund of the amount paid, which will be retained as damages.

Cancellations during the program due to injury or illness: no refund or compensation will be provided.

The hotel will require the parents/legal guardians to sign the rules of procedure.

Basic Equipment:

• Tennis Clothes: Rackets, tennis shoes, shirts, socks, shorts or skirts, wristbands, and a cap or visor.
• Casual Clothes: Some casual clothes for free time and activities off the court.

Personal Care:
Shower gel, shampoo, sunscreen, deodorant, toothbrush, toothpaste, and other personal care items you may need.

Extras:
The residence provides towels and bed linens.
